submit an abstract

The Call for Papers for the Wildland Fire Canada 2010 Conferenceis now open! We encourage submissions on a range of topics related to fire management and fire in Canada. See the Program description page for more details on the overall program and proposed sessions. The deadline for submission of abstracts is July 2, 2010.

Presenters are not required to submit a formal paper or “extended abstract” of their presentation; a formal printed proceedings for the conference will not be published. There is, in the abstract submission process, the opportunity to upload a paper or extended abstract (in PDF form) if a presenter so desires. After the conference, an on-line ‘proceedings’ will be placed on the Wildland Fire Canada website. This website will include the detailed program with each talk and poster listed and linked to individual abstracts and any extended abstracts or papers submitted.
